Welcome to the website of Hans Damen, retired Brigadier-general and veteran of the Royal Netherlands Army with 40 years of experience in the Ministry of Defense. I was honored to be elected as the Best Civil Servant of the Netherlands in 2013 and recognized as a Logistics Guru in 2018. Throughout my career, I have placed great importance on leadership, initiative, and achieving concrete results. I am passionate about change management, diplomacy, innovation, military operations, and fostering intensive cooperation with NATO, EU, other government agencies, and commercial businesses.
